Delivery Information

At Savemall Limited, we aim at providing the best service and quality products to our customers. That is why we have a 100% 30-day money back guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reasons, your purchase of any of our products does not satisfy you, you may return them for a full 100% refund.

You may return the products within 30 days of your purchase (counting from the dispatch date on the order dispatch notification email). Please contact us through the Contact Us page for the return order number and procedures before sending. We respectfully request that you include the delivery note with the return for our record.

All products need to remain unopened in order to be eligible as return. Savemall.ltd reserves the rights to refuse any items as return under the following conditions:

  • any opened or broken products
  • any discount, special, promotion, bundle, last chance, outlet items
  • Products listed as non-refundable/exchangeable
  • Returns made 30 days after the dispatch date

The refund will be credited to the account used for the original purchase, and we will not bear the cost of return shipping.

Currently, we do not offer exchange of items. Alternatively, you can return the purchased item (See Returning an item) and place a new order. Please contact us through our Contact Us page for the return order number and procedures before sending. Please note that we will not bear the cost of return shipping

In the case where orders are returned due to incorrect address provided, package was refused by the recipient (i.e tax issue), or have failed delivery attempts, we will contact the customer to clarify delivery information or reasons for refusal. Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund.

25% RESTOCKING PLUS SHIPPING FEE OF THE TOTAL PRODUCT PRICE WILL BE CHARGED ON RETURNS OF UNDELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS AND IT WOULD BE DEDUCTED BEFORE ISSUING THE REFUND. WE ARE SORRY THAT REFUND WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE IF THE PARCEL IS NOT RETURNED TO US BY THE CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT.

A tracking number is provided for each order in the dispatch notification e-mail as well as in the order history under My Account. You can track your order on courier's website or your local post office using the tracking number.

In the unlikely chance that you do not receive your order within two weeks after the expected delivery date (which is listed in the order dispatch notification), it may be because the postman has forgotten to leave a note to inform you to collect the undelivered parcel at the post office. Thus, please first double check with your local post office with your tracking number. If there is still no sign of the shipment, you are welcome to inform us through the Contact Us page with your order number and tracking number. We will check with Hong Kong Post and reply to you within 30 days from the date of your enquiry. In case of confirmed lost shipment, we will refund the total product price to your original payment account.

We are not responsible for refunds if the courier’s official website states that the parcel has been delivered. SAVEMALL LTD reserves the right of final decisions to all terms and conditions.

Important notice: Please send your shipment enquiry within 60 days of the purchase order placed. We will attempt to follow-up with any requests received after that time frame, but in most cases, the courier will not be able to provide information for follow-up. In such circumstances, no refunds will be arranged.
